Personal Bio
My name is Garrett Sandberg. I am a recent college graduate, from BYU – Hawaii. I am 6’10” and played 3 years of high school and 4 years of college basketball. I played for Copper Hills High School in SLC, Utah. I was honorable mention all state and 2nd team all region. I played 2 years at a Junior College in Arizona right out of high school, where I received 2nd team all conference. I finished my Junior College career ranking 10th for scoring in the conference at 16.6 ppg, and 9th in rebounding at 7.8. I finished up playing my final 2 years in Hawaii after serving an LDS mission in Korea. I participated in a training camp alongside Dexter Pittman (Texas Alum – Currently playing for the Miami Heat), and was part of a camp with former professional players. During my time at BYU-Hawaii I played on a championship team with a final record of 49 wins and 8 losses. I know what it feels like to be part of a team that works hard and wins. In order for my team to achieve the things we did, we worked hard in the off season. We followed a program that taught the fundamentals of basketball through shooting, ball handling, passing and foot coordination. I also have experience helping with various clinics during high school and college. I currently volunteer my time at Herriman High School when I have time. When I was that age I wished I had the opportunity to train with someone that had actually been there, and done that. So, I started this training program to pass on the skills and techniques I have learned throughout the course of my basketball career with the hope to help others create a basketball career.

Training Sessions
One on One Training Sessions
Every player has different skills and talents. Not every player will benefit by the broad range of drills and lessons that are taught in large groups. In a personal and customized setting, it is easier to learn the fundamentals of basketball.
We offer individual and customized sessions that will meet the unique needs of each player. Whether your player plays on their local high school team or is just learning to play the game, I analyze each player's strengths and weaknesses and focus personalized training in the areas most needed to develop their overall game.

Group Sessions
Group sessions will focus on the individual needs of each player, as well as add competitive competitions within the group.
Speed, Vertical & Agility Training
Speed, vertical and agility are the three essentials of basketball. This 12 week program will put you through various plyometric, jump and sprint training exercises. As your competitor is playing Modern Warfare 3, you are in the gym bettering yourself for when you play each other. As players and teams increase their play above the rim, players who are not at this level will be left behind and overlooked. PUSH YOURSELF NOW, AND JOIN SC TRAINING.
